.In-Stock Inventory:
- All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
- Standard shipping time for in-stock items is estimated to be between 5-7 business days.
Pre-Orders:
- Pre-order items are products that are currently not in stock but can be reserved in advance.
- Please allow 14-30 days for processing and shipping of pre-order items. The specific shipping time will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Custom Baseball Gloves:
- Custom baseball gloves are made-to-order with unique specifications chosen by the customer.
- Please allow 4 – 6 Weeks for the production and customization of custom baseball gloves.
- Once the production is complete, the standard shipping time of 5-7 business days will apply.
Shipping Methods:
- We primarily use reputable carriers for our shipments, and shipping methods may include standard ground shipping or express shipping, depending on the customer’s choice during the checkout process.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping destination. The costs will be presented to you during the checkout process.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we only offer shipping to Canada and Mexico for International Shipping.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

- If order is already processed with a tracking number and an issue ensues, please contact USPS. At that time USPS will be responsible.
