D1 Baseball Gloves Return Policy
Please review our policies before submitting a request as requests submitted incorrectly will be rejected by our system automatically, and you will need to submit an additional request with the appropriate options selected in order for us to process your return or exchange.
Return/ Exchange/ Warranty Policy for D1 Baseball Gloves:
For purchases made starting November 22, 2024, the return window will begin on December 26, 2024.
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Requests past 14 days of delivery will be rejected.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Refund amount will not include shipping charges.
Restocking Fee:
- A 10% restocking/ processing fee will be applied to all refunds.
Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, once your return item is received, refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 10-14 days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards, apparel, and downloadable software products are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. Requests past 30 days will be rejected.
- Photos of the exchange item must be provided to process your request as exchanges are only accepted in unworn/ unused/ like new condition.
- Exchanges must select store credit option for their return while submitting their request.
- Exchanges for a different size, in the same category (youth to youth, adult to adult) can select exchange for the same item.
- Exchanges for youth to adult must select store credit option.
- Customer is responsible for the cost difference from youth to adult sizes.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Warranty Exchanges:
- Warranty claims are valid and accepted only within 100 days of delivery.
- Photos explaining your warranty claim must be uploaded through the return/exchange portal to process your request.
- Warranty exchanges must select exchange for the same item as their return solution while submitting a request.
- Warranty claims are only accepted for manufacturing errors. Normal wear and tear does not qualify as a warranty claim.
- All claims will be subject to evaluation and only accepted according to our claim analysis.
- ONE warranty claim per purchase.
- Warranty only covers replacement of the same glove size/ color.
- In the event the replacement item is out of stock store credit will be issued in the amount of your original purchase for that item.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Log in to Your Account
Log into your account on our website and go to your Orders. - Select the Order
Find and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. - Request a Return
Click on the Refund button next to the product(s) you’d like to return. Fill out the required details, including the reason for the return and any additional comments. - Submit Your Request
Once submitted, we will review your request. Our team will contact you with return instructions, including how to ship the item back to us. - Receive Confirmation
Upon approval, we’ll guide you through the return process. Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange as requested.

Please note that any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund. D1 Baseball Gloves reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
